Our family just got back from Minnesota...Pictures to come, but while we were gone a lot of rain has been coming down! So tonight we took a little trip to a river that runs about 2 miles from our house...and it is a FLOOD!! I cross this bridge daily as I head to the gym...guess not tomorrow :( sad day!

| Some random guy that was also there to see the flood walked out to a street light in the parking lot that was flooded...look how deep it is! And that is not normally covered in water! |

A few days before the boys and I headed out on our road trip we came here for a slurpee and the sweet guy that works here gave us free Slurpees for the next time we come...poor 7-11 guy!
Luckily our home is out of the way of having any flood damage...but it is definitely a huge issue out here right now. Our good friends down the street had a flooded basement and this is not the end of it. This has been some crazy weather out here on the East coast the past couple of weeks!

Looks like you were WISE (and not FOOLISH)as to where you purchased your home -- and yes, the song is singing itself in my head right now and coming through my fingers this very minute.
