I went all out for him this year. I figured it would be the last time we could do something super special for a while. So on October 17th we are going to ride in this kind of airplane

September's Update

I realized that I have been very bad lately...so here is an update. I would like to say that I have many a picture to share with y'all, but alas, I don't. My camera's battery is dead and I can't find the charger, but will hopefully soon.

LOGAN has begun to talk. Most of his words sound like jibberish, but her really likes to say 1. Mommy 2. Puppy 3. Please (more like peas) 4. Thank you (tan tu) 5. Football 6. Tracen 7. Daddy 8. More 9. Cookie 10. Wawa (water)

TRACEN spends 3 days a week with Uncle Rick and Jace and 2 days he goes to Preschool at RCF where he is learning his Bible verses, letters and of course more songs. Just the other day he sang to me "Yes, Jesus loves me! For the Bible, tells me so." He also loves to go to Primary for singing time and is probably one of the loudest singers in there. His favorite songs are "My Eternal Family" (or the builder song) and "Follow the Prophet."

SARA is still working and organizing the Faculty Musical set to premier on March 20th. However in the meantime we are working on the homecoming skit including, Michael Jackson music (with out own lyrics), afros and some amazing MATH department dancing. Pictures to come soon.

CHRIS just finished his Internal Medicine Rotation and is now onto Family Practice. He is working hard and will soon....very, very soon be hitting the big 2-8 mark! He is a super fun dad and we have been enjoying having him home a lot more.

As far as events in September go:

1. Rib Cook Off (delicious)

2. PBR (Professional Bull Riders) I was skeptical at first, but it was amazing

3. UNR vs Missouri

4. We moved again...ahhh!

Now Introducing...the next AMERICAN IDOL--TRACEN J KARRASCH

Happy 5th to us!

Today is our 5th Anniversary! I can't believe that it has been that long! We have accomplished a lot in our short marriage and look forward to many more fun times to come! Here is what we looked like 5 years ago today...

To celebrate, Chris and I headed out on the MS Dixie Dinner/Dance Cruise Saturday, 8-1-09.  It was a ton of fun and it was absolutely gorgeous!

Fitness here I come!

Because Chris is always so busy and isn't home at a good time for me to workout at the gym or go for a run, we decided to bring the gym to ME! I just ordered this and it will be here in the next couple of weeks. I am training for a 1/2 marathon so it should be a lot of fun! I don't LOVE treadmills, but they are the next best thing to running outside =)

Maybe soon I will look like this?  Highly unlikely, but we will try =)

BBQ and their FIRST DATE

On Saturday, I sent Chris to go get PANCAKE mix and he called and informed me that we were going to BBQ and have a pool party for the kids! It is always funny to me when Chris plans things, because usually that's my job and I have to fight him on it!

Tracen...he was so excited to get his pool out.  Why haven't we swam before now?

Last Friday while the husbands were away, Lindsay and I decided to brave the world of eating out with 4 kids 3 and under. We piled the kids into the "Great White" and headed off.

Here is our table...AMAZING!  I felt really bad for the little couple who came out on a date and had to sit next to us.  The kids weren't bad, they were just kids.  And kids get LOUD!

The first date of many.  We have decided that Tracen and Brooklyn are going to get married, so we decided to start them dating young!  There will be many more to come =)  Aren't they cute?  Oh and they are both going to have AMAZING mother-in-laws!
